The Court has preliminarily approved a Settlement in the nationwide case of In re: Pennsylvania Baycol Third-Party Payor Litigation, Case No. 001874.

You are a Class Member if you are a Third-Party Payor, throughout Pennsylvania and the United States (excluding all governmental entities, Defendants and Defendants' respective subsidiaries and affiliates), who has purchased Baycol, or reimbursed your Insureds/Beneficiaries for their purchases of Baycol that is unusable, have incurred additional expenses associated with Baycol's withdrawal and have not previously opted out of the Class.
